My wife and I are eating healthier and going to continue this into 2023, we started around the end of October 2022. Which one of the best breakfasts you can have is avocado toast. I'm still practicing and working on my hand paintings / drawings, so I drew this and painted it for our journey in healthier eating in 2023.
